You just select a map from kirac to open the portals for said map. You don't actually run the map but instead check kiracs inventory again, as it will refresh when a new map is opened from selecting on his his missions. He can see all maps in game. So conq maps, shaper, elder, and synth maps. They were bought directly from kirqcs map inventory.

PSA: ALL Blighted Maps are broken for some people. I've been speccing into Blight heavily, and blighted maps won't open for me at all. This is not the same issue as the terrace blighted maps last league, as it affects all blighted maps this time around. I've tried 5 different layouts, none of them work.

My Kirac missions are bugged and says that I need to complete any non-unique yellow tier map to unlock them. I have all but 2 of the base yellow tier maps completed and doing more does not fix this. Kirac has a mission type called "Find a full stack of divination cards". The Dragon's Heart can drop from every map, so I was extremely lucky here. Usually you find something like a stack of The Gambler or some such. When you see a map offered with a good divination card drop pool it is worth running that mission.

If none of the white maps gave you a random Kirac mission and you didn't complete a white tier map last, you won't have any Kirac missions for white tier maps.
