Depends how good you are. And depends if you want to play modded or vanilla. We play on rustoria main and it stays 600 pop and it can be a challenge to play solo. But it's totally doable. If you want to play modded then play anything, if vanilla and you're new just start on 100-200 pop servers and see how it feels.
